As far as what to expect at Fischer Chiropractic we will tell you there are 3 phases of care:

• • PHASE 1 is Relief Care:  If you are experiencing pain when you come into our office, the first objective would ultimately be to help you feel better.  Depending on the severity of your issue, it is usual to need care 2-3 times each week for an as yet undetermined period of time.

 

• Phase 2: Corrective/Restorative Care

  During the 2nd phase, known as corrective care, muscles and other tissues are allowed to become healthy again,  thereby helping avoid serious injury. It is typical to require care 4-8 times per month for 3-12 months, depending on your health and the severity of your problem. Of course, fixing the problem is supported in order to create  optimum health and mobility, but it is up to you.

• Phase 3: Wellness/Maintenance Care

  Once your body has healed completely, it is important to keep up with periodic check-ups to avoid any issues in the near term. As for frequency of wellness checks, it is usually mandated by your doctor and your overall physical condition.

 

We offer Health and wellness, Lifestyle advice, Nutritional counseling and Postural screenings  (in addition to the spinal  screenings).  We have 2 exercise rooms — one offers the ability to give yourself Cervical Traction

We can be contacted Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Our Abbreviated Hours are on Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
